Abstract

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar o contexto de dificuldades encontradas pelos peritos do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Santa Catarina na elaboração do laudo pericial de incêndios florestais. O estudo se faz relevante, visto o crescente número de incêndios florestais nas últimas décadas, o que por consequência demonstra a necessidade de ações preventivas como fator primordial à política ambiental. Para solucionar referida questão, inicialmente se deve determinar quais as causas dos incêndios florestais. Desta maneira, foi realizada pesquisa - por meio de questionário on-line (google docs), o qual foi destinado aos Oficiais Peritos do Corpo de Bombeiros de Santa Catarina. Ao término do período de respostas (21 de novembro de 2019 a 15 de dezembro de 2019) fora realizado análise dos resultados.
