Abstract

O artigo apresentado trata do tema Liderança na crise. Na parte introdutória é feito um estudo cronológico dos principais eventos de desastres e situações de crise ocorridos no mundo, no Brasil e em Santa Catarina, posteriormente é realizada uma revisão literária a respeito do assunto. O objetivo principal deste artigo é o de pesquisar o tema da liderança buscando identificar tendências de futuro e as principais tarefas que cabem aos gestores e líderes públicos na gestão de situações de riscos e eventos críticos, com ênfase nas ações de prevenção e resposta de desastres e situações críticas. O estudo busca identificar como melhorar os processos de liderança na Defesa Civil estadual diante de situações de riscos e eventos críticos produzidos por desastres e que envolvam outros órgãos públicos e privados. Na parte de conclusões o autor apresenta o resultado da pesquisa e quais ações podem ser realizadas focando na melhoria da relação entre as lideranças envolvidas nas situações de crise no âmbito da Defesa Civil de Santa Catarina.
