A IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DO CIGERD E OS DESAFIOS PARA O FORTALECIMENTO DE UMA GESTÃO INTEGRADA DOS RISCOS DE DESASTRES EM SANTA CATARINA

Este artigo apresenta a origem, funcionamento, potencialidades e protocolos do Centro Integrado de Gerenciamento de Riscos e Desastres (CIGERD) e trata dos desafios presentes ao fortalecimento de uma gestão integrada. Desenvolvido através de consultas bibliográficas, documentais, publicações, entrevistas e observações, o trabalho contribui para percepção da importância da continuidade dos processos de trabalho e da capacitação de agentes públicos e da comunidade, como ferramentas cruciais para o fortalecimento da gestão. Embora o cenário seja desafiador, por consequência da necessidade de convencimento dos atores envolvidos, recursos humanos, financeiros, tecnológicos, inclusive, devido ao enfrentamento a pandemia, a apresentação do tema contribuirá para o estudo de futuras propostas voltadas para resolução dos desafios identificados.
