Abstract

O presente artigo analisa e expõe o caráter técnico e legal do uso da força inserido nas atividades dos Corpos de Bombeiros do Brasil como as situações em que esta é utilizada, sua abordagem durante a formação e posterior atualização, e a relevância do uso correto desta quando em atividade do Corpo de Bombeiros. Durante o estudo foram pesquisados manuais de fundamentos, estudos de terceiros, notícias publicadas e relatos de bombeiros que já utilizaram a força em algum tipo de evento, estes que vieram a confirmar o texto do objetivo, além de concluir sobre a necessidade de uma melhor abordagem em nossas formações e atualizações profissionais.
