Características residuais do concreto armado após ser submetido à situação de incêndio

Uma das situações mais severas a que estão sujeitas as edificações é o incêndio, colocando em risco a vida das pessoas e o próprio patrimônio. Para isto, o perito precisa identificar na estrutura de concreto armado os vestígios e sinais que possam lhe auxiliar na identificação das causas do incêndio e na definição dos danos, provocados pelo incêndio, nos elementos estruturais. Nesta pesquisa bibliográfica foram investigadas quais são as características residuais demonstradas pelo concreto armado ao perito de incêndio, após o elemento estrutural ser submetido à situação de incêndio. Para tanto, fez-se o estudo do comportamento do concreto armado após ser submetido à situação de incêndio, em temperaturas elevadas; com a compreensão de como ocorre o fenômeno spalling; e a descrição das características residuais do concreto armado, após o incêndio; com sugestões para novas pesquisas.
