Abstract

Principal operação realizada pelo CBMSC e a maior do Estado no que se refere à política de segurança pública, a operação veraneio conta com números expressivos para se gerenciar. No CBMSC, mais de 2.500 colaboradores e mais de 13 milhões de reais devem ser planejados anualmente e a ferramenta atual de planejamento orçamentário-financeiro ainda é uma pasta de trabalho contendo planilhas eletrônicas, gerando transtornos administrativos e não possibilitando relatórios gerenciais em tempo real de execução. O processo atual mapeado contém 13 atividades sequenciais, 10 delas realizadas sobre o gerenciamento das planilhas eletrônicas da pasta de trabalho. O processo sugerido nesta pesquisa prevê a existência de 7 atividades, sendo a pasta de trabalho transformada em sistema informatizado online, prevendo relatórios gerenciais e acompanhamento em tempo real de execução e paralelo entre o que foi planejado na operação atual ou mesmo nas anteriores.
