Abstract

O presente artigo é um relato de experiência sobre o Projeto Mentoring, um trabalho que vem sendo desenvolvido junto ao Curso de Formação de Oficiais do CEBM, tendo como objetivo potencializar o desenvolvimento profissional dos Cadetes, através do acompanhamento periódico do aluno por um mentor. Os mentores são Coronéis BM RR, que, ao compartilhar sua vasta experiência, visam orientar os mentorados em sua caminhada profissional. O propósito deste relato é descrever e analisar o Projeto Mentoring, baseando-se metodologicamente na revisão de literatura, na narrativa das atividades já desenvolvidas e na análise de seus significados e possibilidades. Os resultados apontam que o Projeto Mentoring vem se construindo como uma valiosa ferramenta para o desenvolvimento de carreira dos jovens profissionais, futuros oficiais do CBMSC.
