Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como finalidade analisar a viabilidade da utilização da Força Tarefa (FT) no Batalhão de Ajuda Humanitária (BAjH) do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Santa Catarina (CBMSC), afim de que a FT possa inserir-se no organograma do batalhão, potencializando as atividades de ambos. Para essa análise foi realizado um estudo de cunho exploratório com uma abordagem qualitativa, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental em base de dados como SciELO, Lilacs, Plataforma Capes, biblioteca institucional e virtual por meio dos temas: resposta à desastres, corpo de bombeiros, ajuda humanitária, força tarefa, batalhão de ajuda humanitária. Diante disto, sugere-se uma alteração no organograma proposto de atuação do BAjH, para que a FT seja incluída como uma companhia destacada, autônoma e especializada do batalhão, realizando atividades de socorro - e em determinados casos – ações de ajuda humanitária e restabelecimento. Com a inclusão da FT ao BAjH, sua atuação realizará por completo a fase de resposta do Ciclo de Atuação em Proteção e Defesa Civil, bem como permanecerá mais tempo no cenário de desastres e por consequência ressaltará a importância do CBMSC em eventos dessa magnitude.
