Abstract

Este trabalho visa desenvolver um estudo técnico-científico que apresente potenciais aplicações e benefícios no uso das aeronaves remotamente pilotadas (RPAs) para o Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Santa Catarina (CBMSC). Partindo da constatação de falta de padronização técnica no desenvolvimento e expansão do serviço envolvendo RPAs no CBMSC, o estudo utiliza o método dedutivo e pesquisas descritivo-exploratória, bibliográfica, de levantamento e estudo de caso na busca de soluções para a problemática. Nesse sentido, o desenvolvimento apresenta nomenclaturas conhecidas, como drone e Veículo Aéreo Não Tripulado (VANT), aborda noções básicas e história das RPAs, possibilidades de aplicações das RPAs nos corpos de bombeiros, órgãos reguladores, gestão da atividade operacional de RPA no CBMSC e a matriz gravidade, urgência e tendência (GUT). Os resultados permitem identificam os problemas encontrados na atividade de RPA e escaloná-los sob prioridade de intervenção. As conclusões comprovam a necessidade imperiosa de padronização de processos, de modo a se alcançar o uso eficiente dessa tecnologia.
