Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar o ciclo operacional do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Santa Catarina, fundamentando-o na teoria geral do conhecimento. Abordará a conceituação geral do conhecimento, os conceitos básicos sobre a gestão do conhecimento e os processos do conhecimento. Dentro dos processos de conhecimento será dado maior ênfase na transformação da instituição em organização de aprendizagem, adotando-se um modelo de processo focado na infraestrutura organizacional, nas pessoas e na tecnologia. Tratará também sobre, o ciclo operacional do corpo de bombeiros. Por fim, mencionará sobre a integração das fases do ciclo operacional, sugerindo boas práticas para que o ciclo operacional do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Santa Catarina seja integrado em todas as fases.
