Emprego de aeronave remotamente pilotada (drone) na investigação de incêndio florestal

Abstract

O presente artigo foi realizado com o objetivo de verificar a aplicabilidade do emprego da Aeronave Remotamente Pilotada (RPA) na atividade de investigação de incêndio florestal realizada pelo Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Santa Catarina (CBMSC). Inicialmente buscou contextualizar o conceito dos incêndios florestais, suas causas e seus indicadores de queima que auxiliam na sua investigação, e, em seguida, o conceito das RPA e seus tipos de plataformas. Na sequência, relacionou a atividade de RPA com a investigação de incêndio florestal, onde pode-se observar que é possível sua aplicação, principalmente para dimensionar e acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos incêndios florestais, verificar os indicadores de incêndios deixados na área, visualizar locais de difícil acesso bem como auxiliar no combate ao incêndio com foco de preservar o local sinistrado. Por fim, conclui-se que a aplicação da RPA na investigação de incêndios florestais possibilita ao investigador mais uma ferramenta que pode ser empregada em sua rotina, proporcionando maior agilidade e eficiência na sua investigação. Além disso, esta ferramenta permite a atividade de investigação ir ao encontro do ciclo operacional do bombeiro, garantindo retroalimentar o sistema. Por fim, o estudo em questão será de grande valia para o aperfeiçoamento dos laudos periciais emitidos pelo CBMSC.
